Online Booking Policy:
All on-line appointments will require a Card On File to secure time with one of our stylists. Someone from the salon will be in contact within 24 hours of your reservation to confirm the service required and retrieve credit card information which will be securely saved. Our stylists are faced with a high percentage of no-shows from on-line bookings in particular – it is for this reason we require the extra step to secure your appointment with us. No-Shows, especially for a 2+ hour reservation, equates to loss of income for our stylists. Credit Cards are securely saved on file and will only be used to enforce our 24 hour cancellation policy (see below).
***Please note that our menu is a la carte – a hair cut will also need to be reserved along with your color or retexturizing service. Gratuity is not included in the service amount and is happily accepted upon completion of the service.
Gift Card Policy:
The Raven Salon gift cards are perfect for any one on any occasion. Our gift cards can be used toward any salon or spa service and for purchase of any products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. The Raven Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Refund Policy:
Here at The Raven Salon we guarantee all of our retail purchases. If you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to exchange those products purchased here for any other product in our salon. If there is not a product that you need at that time, we are happy to put a store credit on your file for a future retail purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Your salon services are reserved especially for you and we ask that if you must reschedule or even cancel your appointment, please provide us with 24 hour notice. By allowing us this time, we are able to adjust accordingly and possibly accommodate guests that are on our waiting list. Knowing that LIFE does happen, we understand that unavoidable issues arise. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or just don’t show up for your reserved time, you will incur a charge of 50% of the price on services reserved. If last minute cancellations/reschedules or even “no shows” become habit, we will kindly request that a full non-refundable payment be applied to the reservation or that you book only on the day-of and take your chances. We do not wish to make things difficult we only wish service providers weren’t faced with such a high percentage of no-shows or last minute cancellations, adding up to a high percentage of a loss of income in a year.
